Friends of Rainbow Springs State Park

Gift Shop is open Daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The gift shop has been an integral part of the Friends of Rainbow Springs State Park (FORS) history and fundraising efforts. The profits from the gift shop make it possible for the Friends of Rainbow Springs to support the Park. While many of the early volunteers in the park cleared the site, several enterprising ladies established a little corner behind the park’s toll booth in the Visitor Center to sell their handmade crafts to begin raising money needed to support the operations of the park. Over the years, the park has given FORS the main room of the Visitor Center at the headsprings park to use as the gift shop.

The goal of the Gift Shop is to assist and enhance the visitor’s experience. The gift shop offers water-related items, park-related souvenirs and T-shirts for all ages.

The Gift Shop is staffed and managed by volunteers. Volunteers are responsible for ordering, pricing, stocking and decorating the store.
